New installation in Humble follows the airport corridor's continued build-out: hotel projects serving IAH, medical office along FM 1960, retail pad and center construction in the Deerbrook area, and multifamily communities for the corridor workforce. Prime installs hydraulic, traction, and machine-room-less equipment matched to the building rather than defaulting to one platform — and for hotel and retail projects, service-car and escalator scope is part of the design conversation from the start.

Construction permitting runs through the City of Humble, but the elevator itself enters service under the state framework — Prime carries each new unit through TDLR inspection and certificate of compliance under Chapter 754 before it opens to the public. The owner takes occupancy with the compliance file already in order.

Because Humble sits on the Spring shop's own side of the metro, installation projects here get the same crews that will later maintain the equipment — the handoff from construction to maintenance route is a short one.
